說明： 何謂中頻向量干擾波?
中頻干擾波，是一種可以用來止痛，產生肌肉收縮，及按摩效果的電刺激方式。它是利用兩組中頻電流互相干擾，產生較低頻的波形，以刺激神經及肌肉。相較於低頻電刺激，它產生的刺激較為舒適，且電刺激也可穿透入較深層的組織。
中頻干擾波又稱為向量干擾波，為利用兩組不同頻率的中頻正弦波(Carrier Frequency)刺激電極，通常一組固定於4000Hz，及另一組為可調式4001Hz至4100Hz，所產生的差頻即為所稱之治療頻率(Treatment Frequency) 。
中頻干擾波有許多不同的療效，治療頻率高於每秒50次時，可以干擾痛覺神經的傳導而止痛。治療頻率介於每秒0到5次，且電流強度夠強時，可使肌肉收縮，進而促進內鴉片物質的產生而止痛。治療頻率介於30到50Hz，可讓肌肉產生強直收縮，在肌肉一收一放間，可產生類似按摩的效果，促進血液循環。
